Mfworks @prestonyoga teaches a heart-oriented, spiritually inspiring style of contemporary Hatha Yoga, and traditional Pilates grounded in a deep knowledge of anatomy and optimal body alignment.

Students are encouraged to listen to their body, respect its wisdom, and to progress at their own pace.

Every Yoga and Pilates exercise class includes Yoga or Pilates postures or poses which are practiced, with focus on breath awareness, relaxation and meditation.

The intention of mfworks teachers is to assist students in the development of physical, mental, and spiritual well-being in a non-competitive and encouraging atmosphere.

Yoga and Pilates Classes
@Prestonyoga offers adult yoga classes (Yoga Posture classes).

However, in the Spring we are introducing YOGA Pairs for well behaved children aged 12-years who can attend adult yoga, with a parent or guardian. (* in response to requests, however we may determine the timings of these classes to work with existing customer preferences ).
